    Meditation.

As I mentioned on the political thread.

Much underrated as a concept is meditation I reckon.

The Hari Krishna lot used to come down Stourbridge High St in their orange robes chanting in all weathers in the 70’s.

You never see that lot in a fist fight or falling out on social media.

Yep.....meditation is the way forward for me.

    That or medication.

    Peace and love Regis.

To contemplate or meditate....is to ponder......but its modern meaning is sort of lost....Today people believe it to be a half hour session during a Yoga class....
But to the Greeks and the Egyptians over three thousand years ago...it meant very much more....Thinking deeply in silence on a subject, was a very serious matter......which again today is lost (like so many other things) on our present generation....which includes all of us here today.....
The lack or in ability to meditate and control the mind is behind most of today's world problems........
Nice thread mick.......peace and love to you to brother!
