I feel the need to leap to the defence of the artist in question, but cannot think of a single way to do it, not a single excuse.

The official line, that we all come from apes and that the eye colour and shape represent different ethnicities, is too absurd to have any credibility. I'm not sure what the coloured outlines are for...
