There is a web site showing chief executive email addresses. I doubt you'll get anywhere.

Call centre operatives block you from ever speaking to a manager.

Somebody must be. In the last 12 months I have not been promoted or demoted but there are now 3 more layers of management between me and the top than there was a year ago
