Ballrun Bingham turned the match round with the dour Wilson. Be a potting semi final tonight him & Gilbert, will watch. Glad I'm at the New York this afternoon to miss the other semi Murphy v Carter.

Gilbert lost his nerve. Ballrun v the Captain final who'd have selected that. Ascot yesterday Defu du seuil can't go unmentioned. Best performance yet, breathtaking leaps at the last two. Bring on Cheltenham Altior & the rest.
