Frog... FRIDAY night!
Seriously though... Warney doesn't usually like changing a winning team, but it sounded from the post-match interview yesterday that he would do. Will the new players be slotted in now? Can Tilt play at left back? Think Koruma will start?

We do need a few changes imo, the emotions at the club looks to have took its toll on some players and Crooks needs to be rested and get keeps getting the help he has even through he probably won’t agree.
Smith and Ladapo to start maybe, Tilt in for Wood, maybe Olosunde for Adelakun
Edit actually Yak might be right with Tilt at LB or even Wiles because Mattock is not up to standard even if he did nutmeg yesterday

Just checked - can't find anything about Tilt previously playing at left-back, so maybe not. That's been a problem position for us for a while. More likely that Wood might be given a rest. Olosunde hasn't looked too bad when he has filled in at left-back previously. Warney might even give Clarke a start, as we were told when we signed him that Clarke is a left-back, although he has looked more comfortable further forward , so far

Clarke & McDonald are only tea boys! Quinn how did Burton get him? Lindsay needs to come in for Crooks. Tilt for Wood. Olosunde for Mattock. Koroma for Adelakun. Ladapo for Vassell. Sorted.
Same team. Go easy on the training.
Cant see Warne changing much. No mid week game so will be rested up. I would doubt Tilt would play LB there cant be many 6 ft 4 LBs! In saying that he does have some good dribbling skills so I can see him roving up that wing. The other thing of course is that Warne could put him as the left side of a 3 5 2 defence. His signing has certainly opened up some more tactical options.
The thing is though why fix something which aint broken we are chugging along ok atm so I would tinker with the team as little as possible.
How can you justify putting Crooks on, he’s struggling mentally
Hard game yesterday understandable with what's gone on . You never change a winning side though .Couple of easy days plenty of rest and we go again on friday .. With the new options on the bench.
Don't play Wiles, failed to see what he did when he came on yesterday. Looks burnt out to me and let's not forget this is his first senior season so has had to adapt to a much stronger pace of game etc and it's showing. Plenty of time for this lad to grow and shine, let's not ruin him before he gets going.
Lindsay has to go in the middle if Crooks isn't starting, solid tenacious and is a midfield terrier. Crooks may well play second half if we are struggling in midfield. We've not seen Barlaser and Lindsay start so why not.
It's fair to say ALL the team apart form Iversen looked knackered yesterday from the tremendous athletic performance they put in against Ipswich last Tuesday. Yesterday Vassell was the more tired of them all and Freddie rightly took his place.
Like someone has already said, we've no midweek game so we need to rest the players and not beast them in training. We are coming to the end of the season and this is where some players start to feel the aches/pains and strains. By all means keep their cardio vascular training up but not too much please.
If anything, you're probably looking at Tilt for Wood, nothing wrong with that, the big man has been immense for the last 8 games and needs a rest. Mattock will start make no bones about that either. Vassell on the bench with Woods and Crooks. Freddie and Smith up front. If Vass is still knackered or still nursing that calf strain then Koroma can also play up front, can't see him playing instead of Adelakun on the left at the mo.
Whatever line up Warne picks, we are the team they all want to beat so only the best will do. Over to Warne and his backroom staff to get the lads ready and let's not moan if he changes the team and it goes pear shaped, he knows what needs to be done and we are currently on a massive roll. It's a runaway train I don't want to get off.......
