It does makes sense for the Premier league to have the same window as the rest of Europe. Being able to sell players abroad but not replace them would always cause problems. Ironic that they are just making the change as Brexit begins. They might not be able to buy or sell players within the EU anyway. Personally I think they will but it may be more complicated as regards visas work permits etc.
