More like many thanks to you and anyone else who helped to set this up. The world would be a better place if more had the same attitude.
Dan’s story is very sad and this was the best tribute possible that could have been made.
Just to let everyone know, we have had to wind up the Dan Pringle fund.
The bank informed us that we didn’t use the account enough and that it had to be closed.
We split the remaining money, in memory of Dan, between the British lung foundation
( that we have always donated to) and “men’s cancer” - an amount of £469.60 each.
A reply has been received from the BLF but nothing as yet from the men’s cancer .
We can’t thank people on here enough for the support and donations over the years - we have certainly donated a huge amount of money since we started with the first tournament.
Sorry I can’t see how to upload photos from my phone- I’ll upload them tomorrow when on laptop.

I think you ought to keep it yourself as senior administrator of the fund. On behalf of the others as well. Goes without saying.
Yeah well done June and agree you should keep the trophy for all your hard work
Unless you give it to Ashley as he said he was staying till he got a trophy x
Only special people do special things. Well done to everybody involved in this.
we had great times when this was bubbling along
auction the trophy off june money to the winners choice of charity
