    FAO BCram

Not sure if you were at the game but the Derry was in decent voice last night, plenty of encouragement....good to hear.

Hopefully this rolls over to Ayr then the Pars game.

Missed the game. Great to hear that there seemed to be a good response. The DSA clubs are going to ask their members if they'd like to support the game on 14th March and I'm hopeful that something similar will come from Dee4Life too.

PS, what was the pitch like last night? not seen any comments.

heavy in a couple of areas but from my view in the main stand.it appeared to be in good nick for time of year,a bit bumpy about 10 yards over the half way line towards the tck

That's a lot better than I expected. i was wondering if maybe the conditions under foot being slippy might have helped to explain the poor shooting and the missed chances.Seemed to be comment that quite a few of the opportunities were headers which also made me think that the ground conditions had played a part.

Pitch fine (surroundings still like a midden) even more suspicious 're Saturday with Kane out after seeing pitch last night.

We could have won the game 5 or 6-1 but you can't legislate for misses like that.

We didn't play as well as at Alloa but we dominated apart from a 10 min spell in the 1st half and were a threat from both sides of the park.

Gutted we didn't win but again I thought the defence looked sound.
