I suppose no one can stop people like him showing intetest. Hes served his time so EFL has no right to stop him taking over ownership.
However, some morality needs to kick in. We should not entertain guys like this. But, should it be down to EFL to make that call or the club?

I wonder just HOW many clubs are in the same predicament as Oldham currently are?
RUFC posted a profit last year and I bet there wasn't many that did, anyone know how many actually did?
Unless you were absolutely minted and money was no option, who in their right mind would want to own and run a club in today's football
fraternity?
