I contacted Tim Keyes and John Nelms last week anticipating schools would get closed and that it would be a good thing for Dundee fc to help their community by being a safe place for kids to get meals. Some kids won’t get a hot meal now schools are closed.

I’d like to see the Community Trust get involved in that and really be for the community, not just in name.

Maybe I’m just a moaning old ******* but speed to going to be crucial now, anyone here involved in the community trust?

I think that the school meals are only for those who qualify to attend school next week plus those who qualify for free school meals.
As far as I am aware free school meals are not handed out during the school holidays.
Harry. The person to contact in the Community Trust is Greg Fenton and his email address is [email protected]
Prior to last Christmas the Motherwell FC Community Trust did something similar with a free Christmas lunch at Fir Park for kids in the local area.

It’s not a holiday? It’s potentially 5 months till schools will go back. I don’t want hungry kids to get a lunch. I want them to have food every day.

It’s fine, I chose a different route to help them.
