The thing is Bill, at oakwell we don't have any people with any Barnsley identity behind the scenes who possess any clout. James Cryne is obviously one of the shareholders but I assume he's singing from the same hymn sheet as the rest of the consortium. After all, he was influenced by Billy Beane.

I can assure you that it's not prejudice or xenophobia on my part that I would like more Barnsley people involved with the running of the club. However, it is of my opinion that money orientated outsiders with a profit based agenda running the show, it will over a period of time distance the club from the community which is a cause for concern.
