    mate, its already done. The FA have already signed it off 2 days ago.

    I have been told, Mike Ashley has asked for an anouncement to be withdrawn until shares have passed over and staff have been informed officially ( probably by text )

    Steve Bruce is wanting to resign right now but there is a clause in his contract that says he has to see out a set period until July 12th otherwise he needs to pay the club money back. His backroom staff have got the same terms in their contracts too

    Mind, Tanya, I've got to say I'm highly sceptical about the 'Bruce wanting to resign' bit...not sure why he'd do that (unless he's going down the 'unethical owners, I'm out' route? so that he can jump into another job with his newly polished Moral Guardian badge}

    A few years back a lad I know was involved in areas like this i.e contracts. I know, someone I know etc. This is not as daft as it sounds. When a manager or player leaves because they want to they waive a loyalty bonus from past employer. So when say NUFC came in for wonky conk they will have gave Sheff Wed compo but also to entice Bruce they could have agreed to pay him what he missed out on with loyalty at Sheff Wed. There will be a time frame of say a year on his start date here that he cant leave or he pays back the said amount.

    I was reading yesterday that Poch got a £12 million payoff from Spuds which any club employing him before (I think it was) some time in June would have to cough up. Bit rich, that, if you sack someone then try to claim their compo back just because they were lucky enough to get another job??
