    Feeding the birds.

I feed the birds in my garden daily, and have a nice community chattering in the branches of our tree. All day. I have created a dependency which is ok, as long as I continue to feed them daily, which I shall, till I hit the buffers.

United have a social services package or whatever, groups, events etc, I hope they realise that having created a dependence, they now cannot stop.

On their latest offerings they say that they are now a role model for the community and are moral, or words to that effect. This from a club that has an unbroken history of corruption, sucking the financial life blood from its fans.

Well slap my thigh, did I laugh at that one.

p.s, on my way into Ely yesterday I came across a worm in trouble, on a busy path. I nearly stopped to pick it up. On my way back, it still lived, sodden, in despair. In front of others I picked it up with a twenty pence piece and put it on a patch of grass. It gave a despairing wiggle as Gary, as I now call him, thought I was a bird.

Those people must have thought I was nuts. Anyway, what you give you get, what you breathe out, you breathe in.... Gary is a soul.

Kenny is your man for worms, Frank. He’ll offer up any tips to make sure Gary lives a long and happy life.
