    Fixtures

    So it is the Foxes at home for first game of new season. Season finishes with a game at Elland Road.

    Leicester's not an easy one to cope with, especially where I live if we lose. We have funny results against them. We've never lost to Leicester at the King Power Stadium but in recent years invariably lose to them at home.

    Derby dates;

    Saturday Dec 19 – Aston Villa - H

    Saturday Jan 16 – Wolverhampton Wanderers - A

    Saturday Apr 24 – Aston Villa - A

    Saturday May 1 – Wolverhampton Wanderers - H

    SKY will no doubt change all of the above dates

    When I look at the fixtures it reinforces how difficult it will be to win games next season!

    Looking through the full list of fixtures does offer a little glimmer of hope.

    For once we don’t have any of those runs where we end up playing top 6 sides consecutively for four or five games,the spacing seems a bit kinder this time.

    That said with the squad as it is at present we don’t have a prayer.

    I see the lad from Wigan has gone to Fulham so that’s another “monitored” player gone.

    We’ve always been top notch window shoppers.
