Regan Booty and Dion Kelly-Evans would both qualify and they both played more games than Osborne, I don't think people realised how young Booty was to be fair, I'd say he slipped under the radar for this and DKE didn't put a foot wrong whenever he played for me.

I don't want the reputation as the guy that hates Osborne but the local bias definitely won this for him imo

That would be something like "Most improved" or Youth team player of the year I'd imagine, you can't give it to someone who's not played a game, giving it to someone who only played 12 games was a bit much
