    Striker transfer PANIC !!

    It’s getting rather concerning.
    We have 4 strikers,
1 injured, 1 potentially self-isolating, and 2 negotiating transfers out.
    Game scheduled for 7 days
Transfer deadline ends in 4 days
5 linked deals currently circulating that are sensible and not just speculation
Of those 1 player publicly declined interest in us, 3 others have other options on the table.
The only resource is now the EFL and most of the decent strikers have already been snapped up. Any hope that some foreign player like another odemwingie is uncovered from under the radar of the press boys disappeared down the pan the other week.

Jeremy Peace liked a last minute deal and all the brinkmanship but these guys take it to another level.

I am not so sure this is brinkmanship on our part, I think we just can’t get the deals done.

Well, we won't if we're not prepared to pay the going rate!

Don't worry - the usual overweight - useless individual will turn up looking for his last pay cheque!

As I said on a previous thread, if it’s Grant, Deeney or Gray none of them will be seen for around a month due to the fact none of them are match fit, going into the next round of games without a recognised striker is criminal for a professional team.
Unless Austin or Zohore turn into Lionel Messi we could still only have one point in a months time, Dowling, just go get Pukki or Armstrong

Armstrong is the one we should go after, IMO, I would much rather we bought him than Grant.
