    Mowbray moved upstairs

A few rumours coming out of ewood that if we lose to boro,he will be moved upstairs and johnson slid into the hot seat.

Think it may be best if he leaves and we start with a manager with new ideas. Johnson would worry me. He watches videos with players after games. He isnt coaching or managing. When he coached the Under 23's he was doing so under Mowbray and following instructions.

What Rovers need is a fresh man in charge with new ideas. Which would include bringing in his new people.

One thing that is for sure, it's time for Mowbray to leave

Well, if true, that isn't the answer.

They'd likely go down. Which is looking like where all this is heading anyway. They will if they keep the current chap.

those who i respect as being what id call ITK think Rovers would have to be bottom 3 around february for there to be any pressure on. TM has firmly got his feet under the table at ewood.

think we are better off hoping he can turn it around somehow.

It's also worth remembering, that while Venkys are nice, decent people. They aren't football people. Who is advising them?
They just handed Mowbray more money. He took their money, in the time they have lost millions due to this virus, and happily spent it. Only a few weeks later and we can see its not happening, again. And it wont start magically happening. Its clearly time he moved on. If football people where in charge, that would be happening. And we would be searching now for a younger, enthusiastic and more enigmatic manager.

Finally results will catch up with Mr Mowbray. And he will leave, but probably not now. Another few defeats in a row and who knows. Keep Lenihan in that defence and the likelihood it will happen sooner rather than later. He has turned in a complete liability.

And every week, our injury lists mount. And half our squad have Covid and cant play. Weird how its not happening at any other club. They played Armstrong for 70 mins at Swansea with a hamstring tweak. He is now out too. I wouldnt want to play in this shambles rite now too. I'd have a tweaked hamstring. Or covid, or a bad back, or a sore neck or what other reasons our players have for never being fit as a group.

Saxo - I do think "turn it around" is a bit of an exaggeration.
    We are mid-table.
Preston, Forest and Derby - all tipped to do well - are below us!
