The reality of being a Barnsley Head Coach will kick in toneet.

No long rests between games as in Austria..Relentless here in England.

No "easy" games like in Austria with him being a coach of one of the top three clubs that dominate a 12 team league, a bit like being the Rangers or Celtic manager in Scotland.

Having to patch up a squad with little depth in quality, a hand dealt to all coaches here by Conway (arseoyle ) needing to throw in players not yet ready.

Injury problems caused by crowded fixtures, tiredness and no opportunity to rotate players

Other coaches are beginning to see how he sets teams up and will counteract it.

A lack of experience in his squad which will produce inconsistency in performances. A few "bullies" in the Cardiff squad who may overwhelm our kiddies on a wet Tuesday neet in Cardiff

By Valerie's own admission we were lucky against Watford. I am hoping the dam doesn't burst toneet and we end up with an arseoyling to take to Derby on Setdi. The Championship is a cruel place.

Horrible journey miserable outcome more often than not and with the injuries to Callum Britain, Cauley Woodrow, Jordan Williams and Romal Palmer a point would be great in my opinion. Bluebird supporters getting restless and will be expecting nothing less than a win against a team like Barnsley.

I would certainly take 2 points from the next 2 games, a poor performance and defeat tonight could hit the lads confidence hard. Said before how threadbare our defence is and with injuries we are now really exposed. Halme has yet to play this season and our only option from the bench if we get another injury or even worse a red card. Upfront well it's all been said for a long time now so no need to say anymore than lets hope no injuries at the back and Valerie can stick Halme on upfront if we become desperate longer the game the goes on to get a result.

Live on Sky let's hope we perform well .......

The pressure and expectation is all on Cardiff to win. They have some good experience within that squad which may play a big part. However, they're having a poor season by their standards so far. No home win in 4 games, certainly not the start that they were looking for and I reckon Harris is bang under pressure.

Meanwhile in the Barnsley camp tha'd have thought Valerie and his boys will be full of confidence after going 5 unbeaten and against some decent outfits.

Personally ad go straight at em in numbers. Hunt that early goal and stuff it to em. If we get that early goal then they'll be even more under pressure on them and they'll be prone to us hitting em on brek. Obviously it could gu other rooard but feck it, ev a good gu for me.

We can't keep on relying on sendings off, penalties, own goals, shots through defender's legs, long range pot shots and the opposition missing chances.

Things will balance art sooin. Av gorra feeling in mi watta it may well start toneet. Wivved the breaks so far. Fair play to Roger as he admitted as much in his interview after the Sky EFL Highlights.

Personally I hope there int another sending off toneet SB. A can't say that I was happy with our red card at Reading, neither with the Stoke sending off or the QPR one. A prefer seeing 11 v 11 and may the best team win. As a spectacle 11 v 10 is garbage and not what football is abart.

Not sure ad call that flying close range toe poke from Freiser when the Stoke defence let a cross go all the way past them a "well worked goal"
Pass and I cant remember the other one. Helik was unmarked from that corner--poor defending.
Tha nivva knows, football coaches and pundits may be drooling for weeks ovva aar goals toneet
