    Man Utd - Cricket Score

If as expected Man Utd hammer us - it won’t be because of Bilic but because of the sheer lack of quality and lack of really decent players coming in.

So if Bilic gets sacked then this will show what a complete cowardly knob Dowling is - he’s already a useless knob being a puppet to the disinterested owner. So if Bilic goes then so should Dowling!

It does say something for our squad when a 20 year old loan player is the best quality player by far!

Bowyer being mentioned - what a joke!!! Does any deluded person think we will get anyone better than Bilic!! I bet Appleton is getting excited already about a return or Darren Moore - well if he came back Gallagher would be a winger!

Can’t watch Saturday night at 8pm as it might spoil my red wine consumption!

With all the ”freak results” this season you never know... 😎 😉 Unfortunately, we have, so far, not been involved in those games.

I am pretty sure Bilic got players he wanted. He was under the impression that because the played well in the Championship they would do likewise in the top flight. The fact that their clubs were happy to let them go speaks volumes.
If, and I know we didn't, we had hung on against Chelsea and Spurs then we would all be well pleased with the start.
I think some fans expected a top 5 finish.

Probably the same cricket score that the majority on here forecast against Spurs!

Bilic got the player's he wanted from last season's squad, Diangana, Peirera and Krovinich, but he said he was disappointed he didn't get the funds he expected to have to strengthen the whole team.
I am pleased with those three players but I said at the end of last season we needed at least six new players to make a fist of it. Six not including those three.
Interestingly Dowling said that we would only sign player's who were better than we already have, but we have ended up with basically last year's Championship squad.
It seems that Dowling is just a puppet who takes his orders from Lai.

Great stuff 9Goals, although as the thread title suggests we may actually be better off playing Utd at cricket this time around. I'm not much of a cricket fan in all honesty yet I can't help but think Ajayi has the makings of a decent pace bowler. Townsend can play short leg with Sam Johnstone at silly mid off as I think we may be tempting fate by having him at wicket keeper ....... never mind.

We could try bowling them out with our Chinaman.
