Considering your on going problems, and Cambridges, there is a video on youtube about europes best run clubs. Its best to find it to cut a long story short. Eibar are the best, with Sassaulo second, Eibar have a catchment area of about 30,000 if my memory serves, Sassaulo, 140,000 about the same size as Cambridge.

Sassulo are about third in serie A. Considering where you were compared to today, it might be better to give it a miss. Its not hard to run an effective football club. All thats needed is an absence of corruption.
