I don't think we need to beat ourselves up over Josh, he's been at PNE for nearly two years now, he's never started in the first team for them. He's on loan at Hearts, they're not in the Scottish PL any more, they're in their Championship, English D1 level at best, and he wasn't even starting for them, he was on the bench.
Good luck to the lad, I hope his career kicks on from today, but he's hardly set the football world on fire so far has he.
