    The Window

Under the circumstances (Lai and the budget)and looking at the lack of any activity elsewhere I think we have done pretty well, we could have done with better options defensively but clearly these weren’t available. So Sam hasn’t thrown the towel in let’s see what happens over the next month..

What it has shown is that in BS we have a manager who knows how to play the transfer market ..... if only we had shown the same purpose in August we might not be in the mess we are currently in .... for me if we go down and keep BS motivated I can see us coming straight back up ..... like him or loathe him .... BS does know what he is doing .... reminds me of the Hodgson era ....

I would tend to agree we would need to keep him if we do as it most likely take the drop

I was going to ask exactly this question of folk.

He looks on paper to have done a good job of recruitment considering he had one possibly two hands tied behind his back. Can't see him getting us out of it but if say we got a reasonable 20 points from the 17 games left would you like to see him given the job next season.

My answer from someone who was not a fan?

    Yes!

What would the alternative be? I enjoy the championship more than the premier league but I worry at the prospect of a double drop to league 1 so a Yes from me
