Tough fixtures, that is. A look at the league positions might suggest that there isn't much difference between the two teams, but QPR have hit some decent form recently, particularly away from home. QPR haven't tasted a defeat in their last 6 away games, having won the last three and drawn the others, conceding a paltry 4 goals.
The R’s added experience to their ranks during the January transfer window, with Charlie Austin and Stefan Johansen having already showed their worth on the pitch in the last couple of weeks. Full-back Lee Wallace has also returned to full fitness, too. Assistant manager John Eustace added “There is still a lot of hard work to be done and we won’t get a bigger test than Saturday away at Rotherham. We know what to expect from them, they are going to be very direct and will be looking to win second balls.
“They’ll put crosses into our box and if we defend that well then we can impose ourselves onto the game and play our football.”
QPR won their last home game but in the form league their home record over the last 6 puts them in 23rd position, one place higher than Birmingham.
Let's hope they bring some of their home form with them.
