1. Captain Beaky - Keith Michell
2. Power of Love - Huey Lewis and the News
6 Knock on Wood - Bowie
51 . Games without Frontiers - Peter Gabriel
54 . Centrefold - J Geils Band
Last one for a while and it's the 1980's. Again all are (fairly) well known songs and made it to the Top 100 for the year in which they charted (there's roughly 6 from each year of the decade).
REMEMBER - song title and artists needed and limit 5 entries per poster before you need to take a 24 hour break to give others a chance and NO GOOGLING, pull the answers from the depths of your brain.
Here's the twist for those who tend to know their stuff, jump in early and tend to polish off the easy ones pretty quickly. I've gone through these and graded them for difficulty, 1 point for the gimmies (roughly 10), 2 points for intermediates (40) and 3pts for the ones I consider the trickiest (10) either because of the lyrics and/or the artist. The twist is I'm not letting on which is which until the quiz ends so before jumping in with your 5 give it some thought as to which ones might garner you the most kudos
