    Dog not on a lead?

Yes, but probably unfair to blame the dog

Crash, your post doesn’t make sense. What is it you’re trying to say?

Typical irresponsible dog owner... amazing how they just walked away.... I hate to see dogs off a lead even in a park... Clifton park being a prize example!

Normally, feckin large dogs with owners who think they are hard having a large dog feckin idiots.

Any dog can turn given the right/wrong environment. Like I said, irresponsible dog owners! That poor seal, the agony it must have gone through.

Where I live there’s a residents Facebook message board.

Recently there’s been a hoo-ha about older kids using the playground built for the under 7s

One woman goes ballistic about it regularly with her last comment being ‘ the signs clearly say “under 7s only”

Somebody pointed out to her that it also says “ no dogs” and asking why she takes her dog in there.

It was followed by the classic line ‘ he’s tame, he won’t hurt a fly”

I walk my dogs through my local park into the fields where I let them off if there’s no one about. My dogs in the park are always on a lead but it’s amazing how many people let their dogs run about off the lead . I’ve had four different Staffordshire bull terriers attacking my dogs all in a park . Had a few choice words with the owners and gave their dogs a good boot .don’t blame the dogs , stupid owners.

Owners can be ignorant or naive
Should never be off a lead no matter how good they might be when there’s kids about in fact that’s goes to anywhere where there’s anybody/animal about.
