    Deluded and delusional

I long ago realised that MM is with some honourable exceptions a haven for a mix of ex-pats with romantic notions of a lost Rotherham and Rotherham United and Brave 500 hardcore loons who enjoy trudging around to exotic spots like Accrington and Burton to watch rubbish. Some of the stuff on here this season as been priceless from the IBS Damascene conversion to a happy clapper because he saw something in Paul Warne's eye to the posters who insisted Smudge is a better CF than Kieffer Moore. JCH is of course rubbish or Warney would have kept him but JCH will next season score more goals than any RUFC player and probably in a higher league.

The root of the problem which I realised 30 years ago is that some supporters operate on a notion of loyalty derived from the fiction that it's "our club." No it isn't. The people who benefit from that delusion are owners, managers and players. My attitude is entirely different just like the new customer who gets better deals than the loyal ones. If TS wants my money he must pay to provide a successful and entertaining side. Otherwise he and his board can watch games on their own.

So you won’t be going again then? Good, I surely won’t miss your inane drivel on this site.

Ok then, and genuine reply this, I personally am a massive TS/PW fan and hope regardless of what happens this season that at least TS but also PW are here for a long time. You say TS has to pay to provide a successful and entertaining side, but how much more money do you think (serious question) would make us a serious, or just stable, championship side?
Also does it have to be both successful AND entertaining? because what if TS spent more money and we played some entertaining football and still went down? would that be ok? or what if we played long ball with better players and languished in lower half of championship? would that be ok for such as you? TS could spent more money and we still go down but you seem to think that's all it would take, and although it would certainly help, there are no guarantees for a club like ours at championship level.
I had a pop at raging the other week for him sending you a long reply about something, as I said you are a wind up merchant, but if you aren't then instead of insulting people on here, give us your reasoned way forward? (Serious Question)

    The solution is dead easy

Ten fans who keep saying Tony hasn't learnt any lessons (translated as we need to sign 3 players on £15k a week on four year deals) should form a group.

They remortgage their houses and cash in their pensions which should cover the costs for the first year.
They then recruit another ten fans for the second year and so on. A sort of pyramid selling scheme or ponzi arrangement
Obviously they would need to be aware that next season could have very limited income through the turnstiles again

Once they've given their savings and house to some undeserving, overpaid footballers they would be fully entitled to come on here and have a right good whinge

    Flour,

Where would you find someone who can be expected to invest/waste their own hard earned money, trying to satisfy the desires of other people?
In return, you can promise them that they will probably be vilified by a few unknown others, who apparently know everything there is to know about everything but never actually do anything about it........

I'm not in that we're all millers & you've got to back everything that's put before us. I'm a true miller since 65 but I know when it's not right. Last night Wood showed why he should be retired. Barlaser can't get in the side for Wiles, why? Ogbene our one outlet when played on the right but not last night, why? Warney he's trying to keep everyone happy but that's not how it's done. Play 4-5-1 now Ogbene he's back. Play to our strengths.
