    Boris & Revamped Flat

On the news every night about Boris and the renovations - where the money has come from blah blah! Is this the best Labour can do to continue this boring assault!

Really who gives a flying f uck what Boris spent! Nobody questions the Royals when they take flights for short car journeys and the fact they live in luxury! As PM why can’t Boris totally revamp that pad to his liking as for sure Theresa Mays decor and design would have been too old and biddy like!

Keep spending Boris - who gives a f uck!

    I tend to disagree Al.

This is symptomatic of the lazy stupidity that Boris falls into and indeed the Tory Party that I generally support.

A bit too much “It’s one rule for them” mentality.

If he was stupid enough to start down this route then advisers should’ve pulled him up, this speaks a lot as to the general lack of awareness and nous of most of those who inhabit the political world, be they elected or not.

There were clear rules and he broke them.

Centred more Mick on - really is this headline news when the economy is down the toilet and the virus has not gone away! The Royals have used tax payers money with no thought for years and Andrew is known for back handers!

Blair was biggest thief going and Cameron tried to influence a dodgy deal! They are all at it so people just switch off!

So Keir Smarmy thinks that wallpaper is more important than the ongoing coronavirus. The majority of the British oeople are not interested in political points scoring as todays polls show with the Tories increasing their lead over Labour. It is such a shame because we need a credible opposition to keep any incumbent government in check. With all our political experts on here, we should form our own party to challenge in the next election!

I haven't been following the story. Is Boris wallpapering over cracks? Has he definitely been caught with his fingers in the cookie jar? Are the questions he's facing a genuine attempt to stem financial haemorrhaging or scab picking? Answers on a postcard please.....

This should be a big deal to people, but it won't be.

He should have resigned multiple times over his corrupt ways, but he hasn't and won't be forced to.

It rots from the fishes head down, Bojo giving his mistress a £125k grant, Hancock on the shareholders list of a company winning NHS contracts. Jenrick giving his property developing mate dodgy tax breaks. Rishi calling in favours for Cameron. PPE contracts going to new companies with no trading history or assets. Billions being spent God only knows where on a tracking app that doesn't work.

Tories are still ahead in the polls. So we deserve everything we get as a country - which is corrupt, lying politicians in our government. Who will look after themselves before the rest of the country.

We keep voting them in, we can't complain about them. The majority of the electorate in the country are pretty dim and stupid. They keep proving it.

Just to let you all know, nurses got a 1% or £330 per year pay rise this year, that wouldn't be enough to buy half a roll of that wallpaper.

A good post especially regarding the nurses! There are so many crooks in this country and shady deals which is why many switch off as it's the norm. Not just Politicians either as there's so much corruption in football - look at Harry, Fat Sam and club owners to start with! Look at those companies making record profits but still cry out for furlough money!

Nurses with their 1% still won't see a penny with rising bills like 3% on average for council tax and appalling. Boris did say he would help university students but he's done a sweet f uck all! So students are paying full wack for uni fees whilst at home and there's no recompense for student accommodation which has not been used - disgusting!

Perhaps Boris can now go eat in Pizza Express with Prince Andrew and get another deal through the back door via a brown envelope.

Meanwhile - the rich getting richer and the poor get poorer. It's alright for Bill Gates to say not enough is being done through Foreign Aid - well this stupid old t wat can dig deep in his many millions if not billions and make the first rich/celebrity contribution!
