I have, I know, been argumentative on MM, increasingly so since the demise of Millers05 and the takeover by our saviour and his clan. My therapist has elucidated. When I started watching the Millers in 1965 it was in an atmosphere of betrayal. My father - who was a very good friend of Danny Williams and a lifelong Miller refused ever to watch the team again after the sell off of the great early sixties side. For me club owners have always been the enemy. I simply cannot tolerate the adulation shown on MM to the lightbulb king. He doesn't deserve it. Everything he has done has been motivated by self interest and vanity. I cannot identify with fans who kiss his rrse.

Tolerance is the word. You believe him to be the enemy, many others don't. You're an individual who has beliefs, just like everyone else.

I don't agree with you and you won't with me but it isn't the end of the world. Earth will keep spinning and the sun will shine tomorrow (maybe).

Identify with all of us because as long as people are true supporters then that's our connection. Whether we agree or disagree on how to achieve success short and long term we all have the desire for the club to do well.

Most of all though, again, just because we think differently it isn't the end of the world. You'll never find a person who agrees with everything you do in life, that isn't life, just tolerate other people's opinions and accept that we are all different. You don't have to agree with them to tolerate.

Without owners, there are no professional football clubs, there is no football as we know it.

Whatever their motivations, some are better than others. We surely have one of the best.

Maybe you just need to accept that reality, let go of your anger and frustration from events as long as 50+ years ago, and make the most of life.

I'm beginning to think I'm a rabid loony obsessive Miller's supporter who's watched them since 1959....
