    Pure cremation funerals.

What does everyone think about these?
I am having one, I am not religious and am not expecting someone to pay for a pervert vicar who never knew me to tell people what they already knew.
We are no more important in the scale of things than a field mouse and won't be missed by anyone other than our relatives.
The thought of being buried in a box is depressing anyway, we weren't born underground in a box.
No, whisk me away and burn me without ceremony, and my wife or son's can scatter the ashes somewhere nice or close to my heart.
Not the Hawthorns though, I spent enough time there in the living years.

Sounds like a good idea! Don’t like the thought of burial and rotting away but when you are gone - they may as well chuck you on a bonfire and why would you care!

So in the oven perhaps with a rendition from a tape recorder going - s hit on the villa - **** on the villa tonight!

I really would have liked a Viking funeral down the cut, but I think the Canal and River's trust may have taken a dim view.
