Good piece on Des Walker in the Telegraph this morning, he's talking about his time under Brian Clough at Forest and how he didn't have any interest in taking up coaching, some did though.

"I never thought about coaching as a player,” he says. “I played with players who were taking their badges. Brian Laws at Forest was one and I always remember Cloughie saying to him, ‘Son, what are you going to teach them, how to tackle badly?"

Our Board had to find out the hard way, but Cloughie knew years before, he usually was one step ahead of everyone else.
