Would have been a good signing, but let’s see what happens. Quite a few were upset that we didn’t sign Ellis, but Cameron is a much better signing in my opinion. Not a dig at Ellis, great pro and played well for us.

My thoughts exactly, won't lose any sleep over Miller. He had a few good games and would be a decent squad player but I don't think there will be a place for him in any new system IB decides to go with.

I would have been happy with his signature, I like how direct he is and his willingness to take defenders on. Good signing for Chesterfield that.

I liked Miller, would’ve been very happy to sign him. But how bothered we should be really depends on who we sign instead.

That's always the case. All you can ask yourself at this point in time is would you have signed him? If he had signed for us would you have been happy, indifferent or unimpressed?

I suppose it depends on which formation we go with. As a wing back, he was exceptional for us at the back end of the season. The annoying thing he’s signed for one of our rivals. Personally, I’m very disappointed we’ve missed out on him.

Lets not sugarcoat it, we wanted both Reeves and Miller - but they chose to move on.

Dunno about the pull factors that drew them to Stevenage and Chesterfield, but the push factors that made them leave Notts would be interesting to know (not that we ever will)

In 99% of cases it’s going to be ££.
