If they're bringing in a salary cap (?) I can't see them approving more substitutes as again it favours wealthier clubs.

Seven Substitutes
A few weeks ago, there were reports that Notts were going to put a proposal to the National League AGM that clubs be allowed to have seven players on the bench next season. There was backing from some other clubs, including Chesterfield.
Does anyone know what happened to this? I couldn’t see any mention of it in the reports of the AGM. Perhaps I’ve missed the outcome somehow?
