    I'm always positive, a couple more games under Val would have lost my positive outlook , hated the doom and gloom on and off the pitch.
    Looking forward to the rest of the season. COYB

    I agree Prando and don’t condone player power. That said I will say this and it applies to any company job:

    If staff have a great boss who they trust - will them to succeed and make them better - those staff will give 150% and enjoy their work. The staff will improve in performance!

    If on the other hand staff have a boss who is a complete t wat - there’s no enjoyment - the individual is not improving - then staff will give their bare minimum and the atmosphere will be toxic.

    I have worked in both scenarios for a large blue chip company. Players are no different!

    Clearly there was no respect for Val and those players did not buy in to his managerial methods!
