Must be a big recruitment for staff underway at the Hawthorns as all day the ticket office phones have said - you can not be added to the queue phone back later! You phone back several times and the message is the same!

Does the club want supporters or what? For away games it will be easier getting tickets with the home fans rather than this fiasco!

Seems an absolute shambles going on behind the scenes Al ..... against my better judgement I bought a season ticket ..... still not received it .... sent messages, put in calls, sent a carrier pigeon .... still no bl**** reply ..... and still no season ticket delivered ..... and the first home match is barely a week away .... oh and while I am at it the Members website keeps asking me to update a photo which I am unable to upload .... the back office needs an overhaul if you ask me..... maybe it is down to understaffing...?

I’m running an errand for BaggieAl to collect tickets.......he’s used to having “staff” at his beck and call! 🤣
