    Question

Why is it not possible to police away fans from the Main stand emptying into Sandeman street and down Tannadice street when Dees are in the Shankly. But it is possible to police away fans in the shed down Tannadice street past utd fans? Was it a tactical decision to have virtually no police so maximum opportunity for trouble could result in a crackdown?

Also in the old days the old firm often got behind both goals at dens while we got the Derry, stand and enclosure. How on earth was that ok?

H, the problem yesterday could have been avoided if the Police had kept and eye on the 12-15 Motherwell lads who left the ground at H/T.

Thats all they had to do, but they left them to their own devices resulting in the nonsense which we saw at the corner of the Provie/Sandeman Street.

As you rightly ponited out in another thread those 12 - 15 lads were looking for bother all day we both witnessed them in the Main stand paying more attention to the Dees in the Shankly rather than what was happening on the park.

Police took their eye of the ball today,no doubt about it. I wonder how this will impact on crowd control/seating arrangements for the remainder of the season?

It was a cracking atmosphere today with Dees in both ends of the Stadium , i suspect this arrangement will now be scrapped. I hope not and if it is it will be basically because the Police could not correctly deal with 12-15 lads from the visiting support.

Thing is though, its Like shutting the Derry cause folk run on pitch from the Cox.

Having Dees in shankly caused no problem after the game, b4 a wee bit different story.

Scuffles on the provvy were because polis deployed no one at that end.....probably Still scoffing the tea and pehs most respected was bringing them.

All in all another not a very good day for the "stadium manager", polis or DCC......em hoping there's a video.
