Hilarious, the man is absolutely delusional.
We have just taken a step forward to get back to where we were last season.
No progress just added the player that worked for us last year.
I'd love to see the Toon make Europe but it would take 10 other teams to have an absolute shocker.

Playing devil's advocate, you could argue he's changed his tune from last season and is aiming higher.
But, when he says "we won't transform overnight"??? Too bloody right we won't...we haven't added a single player to last year's team and are going to play the same style as last season.
Take the "overnight" out and he's spot on.
