    Bonner burnout?

Ive just caught up with Mark Bonner discussing the Accrington game before kick off. He was admiring the Accrington manager, what he had achieved, and his longevity.

Bonner went on to say that he was not sure he had that type of success in him, or had any desire to manage for as long as that, saying he still had the desire.

But.... hes only been a manager five minutes. Lack of confidence, high stress.

    Not a good combination.

Managers have won trophies, not on ability, but self belief. Look at Ron Atkinson....just a force of personality, as well as a coach.
Bonner had better start believing. Dont work harder, work smarter. He also said he enjoys it, so far.

Fragility. Hes got a long way to go in terms of hard bark inside.

And naive, why say it? He needs a ball crushing mentor, someone like Sam Allardyce who puts all things into perspective with northern common.

    He needs help.
