I just want to buy a F@#$%g ticket

I'm a fairly easy-going chap, no anger management issues. I don't beep my horn and swear when motorists cut me up, i can take a reasoned political argument when it doesn't match mine and I can listen to politicians without the need to throw something at the radio. (i confess I sometimes think naughty things tho) i put bees back on a flower when it has run out of fuel and im happy to buy a homeless person a sandwich.

But buying a ticket online to see the Millers is the most F*&#ing infuriating thing I ever do. How many clicks does it take to get to the ticketing option then, log into the site to choose seats, then have to log in again to something different to buy, passwords dont match, multiple accounts for email addresses? multiple seats were chosen because i had to backtrack to start the purchase again.

I missed the SWFC game because I gave up and then sat in a corner rocking for three hours before i could speak again. I only attended the Donny game because I wrote an email and (to their credit) phoned me back. (completed ticket purchase over the phone

isn't the primary thing this web site does is sell tickets to people who really really want to go to the game.

Sorry guys I needed to vent - feeling better now but near to relapse at the thought of buying another ticket

    I can relate to that.

It took me ages to renew my season ticket, the "system" applied my millers wallet credit then wiped it out again on checkout

There I was, wanting to give the club money but they were making it hard for me to do it.

I think problem is,they changed the online ticketing system/website last season.but because of no fans it’s not really been stress tested as such til now,not an excuse but that’s the only real way to test it out and pick up faults and glitches, maybe the club can send themselves a video of how to do that..

I have noticed that for some reason now you cannot buy a season ticket online any longer, it won’t let you !

I can understand glitches, all IT systems need stress testing to iron the issues. What i can't understand is the design of web site for THE MOST FUNDAMENTAL thing it needs to do with so many clicks to get to the thing it needs to do.

one page it gives the options of what tickets you are purchasing, ie home away season ticket etc, so I clicked on home games and then there is another page which says for home tickets click here?? You don't need to be a web designed to figure that out.

Amazon lets you buy with two clicks.

I'm not 100% sure but I think that the website is a universal one fabricated by the ifollow developers.
Most teams seem to have the same website design now unless that he been in the prem and have a big enough fan base to subscribe and pay for an individual one..

Frustrating as hell though I agree.
