Anyone feel sorry for Sir Pr@t

Can't live on on £82k a year plus plus his wife signs on at the House of frauds elderly day centre for £300 a day.

Yes, I feel sorry for him. Anyone who believes that his salary should spiral through the roof in these uncertain economic times must surely have some sort of mental problem which needs to be medically addressed!

If GP's are earning that sort of money, from my limited understanding, I don't think that it is warranted. During the pandemic, I wonder what they actually do with their time. Whenever you do actually go to a surgery to be vaccinated, they're nowhere to be seen and it's my understanding that it's not easy to get a face to face consultation. Comparing them to doctors and nurses, who are on the front line, it seems that the wrong people are getting the high salaries.

Thought he and his wife would try to keep a low profile to be honest after their disastrous term in office.
Many of us will recall when many specialised mental health care facilities were closed to save money resulting in some of the most vunerable members of our society left to battle on in social housing , with many ending on the streets because they were incapable ? Care in the community they called it. Well it was his wife Virginia who coined the phrase and implemented one of the most disastrous policies of all time. We have never recovered from this.
Anyone who worked in the Police Force (before it became a police service), or an A&E depot will tell you quite a few stories about the fall out of this policy. Zombie patrol as a friend of mine used to call it.
Don’t get me wrong I don’t want to go back to those Victorian asylums as the song goes you can check in but can’t leave, far from it, but having the emergency services constantly enduring ground hog day with the same incapable individuals is not the answer either. .
