49ers take another chunk / Radz

Sounds like the 49ers, have increased their investment etc, i suppose this was always going to be the case, and to be fair to Radz, he has always been fair & upfront, re his funding / ability to how far he could take the club - know doubt Covid has changed & increased the urgency etc.
Will be interesting to see what happens over next 6 months / year or so, will Radz wave good bye, what plans & possible changes have the new guys got in mind, MB next season and the playing squad.
Just hope that the current stability & progress the club has made, doesnt get lost, things get over complicated, and once again we are faced with uncertainty & false hopes etc.

Not much of a throwball fan even though I live in a city with a team. I do have the joy of paying 2% more on every purchase I make in Indianapolis so that this club's owner does not have to worry about making under his 10's of millions of dollars each year.

SF has a reputation for being very solidly run franchise. They don't throw money around and look at things longer term than many other franchises. They won't be stupid with money like some of the prem teams but can cough up money when needed.

Long term they are probably better than some of the crooked owners like chelski or primitive savages from parts of the world that treat women like brood mares. Some day the FA might actually decide to limit ownership to people that should not be in jail. They will pass that test.

Seems 'some' folks this season want changes due to a run of bad results and in the absence of immediate results Bielsa made it clear that there is a more loyal response.

“When something is broken or suffers there are two options – either you throw it away and change it for another or you look after it and you try to recompose it and put it back together"

Let's hope stateside the SF/LUFC are all still in harmony & remain in harmony when Bielsa starts to make his personal decisions on his life's earned benefits.

Strange scenario with MB - birthday 21st July, now aged 66,still married to Laura Bracalenti an architect based in Argentina while he lives alone in England [as was the case when he worked alone in France].

After arriving in June '18 he's still methodically planning 24/7,still living in Wetherby, still daily walks to TA training facility 3 miles away and after training he's often seen getting dropped off in a clubs 'works-van' at Wetherby bus station, always walks through town in his same matchday attire, gloves with bobble-hat clutching an Adidas bag no doubt full of dossiers.

Yep,still goes to Costas coffee cafe, same eateries & same sweet shop but now walks home to a recently newly 'bought' flat in the same street as his old 'rented' one in central Wetherby, again still a modest abode but more room for his paperwork than his previous rented bed-sit.Still not pestered by the locals who he's always exchanges brief polite pleasantries whether in local shops or in the queues for his fish & chips,he'll even chat at the car wash with strangers whilst his two year old VW Golf 1.6, the same trusted brand of vehicle he drove as a young man around Argentina.

    My point ?

MB is 67 next year & now bought a flat with family many miles away - doesn't sound like he's in a hurry to leave us yet does it or become a recluse just yet.How many world known rich personalities seriously could live daily life like that today happily alone ?

Psychologists know me inside out but not as well as my close loved ones and they all probably know me better than myself - whatever Bielsa or even I are searching for maybe we'll never both find & it's hard balancing positives & negatives under the watchful eyes of others who only want success & not failure & it's even harder trying to believe in yourself in those moments when your alone & away from family, life and in Bielsa's case football.

With Leeds MB is never really alone so he'll decide what’s important to him by reviewing his principles and values for sure.Simple case of thinking about what you care about in life and let those priorities guide you toward what’s next.Dunno when he'll decide what’s important to him now and when he'll establish by review his principles and values in what's he's decided are most important to him future wise.

So I'll go with the Bielsa philosophy he stated on Thursday - the second part !

“When something is broken or suffers there are two options – either you throw it away and change it for another or you look after it and you try to recompose it and put it back together".

If you want to succeed in anything you put in a lot of work and evolve every year.
We stood on our morals and thought last season is all we needed and we could still improve as is.
I said from the beginning we don't look so good and even worse if something was to happen to Bamf Phillips which proved correct.
Our season so far is our fault as we did nothing except we brought in 2 players no better than what we had and never strengthen the real problems eg midfield.
The real persona here is Leeds united the team not merch better stadium so on or individuals and we have failed badly this season. How bad well only God knows as miracles do happen which I believe in but I just don't see any improvement anywhere.

And One Way or Another let's hope Rad is not left Hanging on the Telephone wanting some cash come January otherwise it'll be Fade Away and Radiate for us - here's hoping it'll be Raptures for our next window One Way or Another.
