Yo Swedie lad lol, what if anything do you know about our latest unknown foreign coach, who we signed this week ?.

Poya Asbaghi and his assistant Ferran Sibila were coaching the Swedish U21 national team up until this week, and they were also former manager and assistant together at Gothenburg Fc as well.

I/we know absolutely nowt about him, so I think the word we are all saying at the moment again, is 'underwhelming!'.

Hi Acido mate, hope you’re well, even though Barnsley are struggling.

I’d say many raised an eyebrow when he was appointed manager of IFK Göteborg (Gothenburg), as it is a big club in Sweden (struggling a bit in recent years) and he was not heard of or well known. And, in the end, they let him go and parted ways before the contract had ended. I do think that the Gothenburg supporters may have used the very same word when he was appointed, ”underwhelming”.

Yeah its not looking good for us this season, but we've been down to the Third Division before and it won't change me as a fan and the way I post on Footymad.

Btw, 'underwhelmed' is also the way I felt when we appointed Val Ismael last year, because I can't get excited about somebody who I know absolutely nothing about. And he did of course prove me wrong that season and make me look like a total pratt.
