What are people's thoughts on the proposals for a fan led independent review body for English football? Seems to me that this is long overdue as Sky/money has ruined the game over the past decades in so many respects-but , if the govt do pass it , will it have the teeth needed to effect change?

100% behind this, the current system simply does not work, our great clubs should not be allowed to fall into the hands of charlatans and speculators, Arabs, Yanks and the Chinese (FOL) are only in it as a power trip or as a business investment, this is wrong.
