He did tell her, he just didn't tell her who or why.

He obviously doesn't trust her, but has to have her in his team because she's voted in by the members.

If anything, hopefully this is a good thing for Labour, if they are veering more to the right and away from the Corbynites.

Angela's friends are obviously briefing against Starmer. Which shows you the Corbynites truly love the Tories being in power.

And finally, it just shows you how fractured the party is between Labour left and right.

Our 2 West Brom MPs who did everything to block Brexit,was the final nail for me.

I’d love to scrap the political system of left and right. Opposition for the sake of it. Purists and ideologists. My way or the highway. Always distilling the bad from any situation.

I don’t know how this could be achieved but I’m sick of this pendulum being pulled and pushed from one side to the other. It’s like diets, vegans vs carnivores

Greed fuelling one system, and the politics of envy and entitlement on the other side.

The people running our lives are all tainted by one or another toxic system.

Maybe scrap political parties altogether. I’m sure there are many issues with this and it needs very serious thought but we must try to stop self-interested people governing our lives.

We need to find some way that intelligent capable people with common sense and a sense of public duty get to govern us

I see Lisa Nandy has waded in about this reshuffle and has said it was all about “We’re moving North; left or right, you can keep that"

If she thinks that whether the Labour Party is seen to move away from the left is unimportant either she is being totally disingenuous or is totally ignorant of what is needed if Labour are to win a General Election.

And I thought she was one of the more 'sensible ones!'
