I can only guess that as Alisson touched the ball then Ings though how something that happened so fast in a bizarre few seconds of pinball can't be sent for a second look is suss.

Warnock watching the game for the BBC, the former left-back believed that it was ‘100%’ a penalty.
“Alisson has got away with one, 100%. It ricochets off him and as it falls, he spins in a circle, pats at the ball and takes Danny Ings’ legs away – that’s a penalty,” Warnock told the BBC.
