    Being linked to come here.

    I'd be very happy for him to come.

    Did well at West Brom, did well in England set up and is doing well at Brighton.

    Seems to be able to do all the basics solidy and has done well at unearthing gems as well as making sure managers get what they need in support. He also has good knowledge of prem and English game.

    He seems to be a footballing person, which is something we need at the top.

    Hadn't heard of him before but everything I've read in the last few days seems to be very positive. I would be happy with this.

    Still feels very strange to be linked with people who have done well elsewhere and are promising!

    Apperently we have offered a £2 million contract, which is double his current wages.

    If true, sounds like we mean business.

    We've held talks with him apperently, Brighton have given permission but want to keep him.

    His Wikipedia page is quite decent, apparently he was considered by Man Utd for a similar role a few years ago when they used to be a bigger club than us
