With regards to the Mods.

When the previous regime wanted to pack it in it was actually myself that suggested Des and Chris.

Things are certainly better during the past few years, particularly since the absence of a small number of posters who caused constant aggro, some from our own contingent and a small number from our near neighbours.

Des and Chris have done a good job in not being too intolerant and striking the right balance in my opinion.

I have noticed in recent months however, Chris hardly ever posts anymore, like anyone, he’s got the right to lose interest or to spend his receding years more productively if he so wishes.

My own view is that we need to add at least one new Mod even if Chris decides he wants to stay on board.

I can think of a few even minded posters who would fit the bill, I’m sure most of us would offer the same names if asked an opinion.

It’s up to Des, Chris and maybe DonnyV whether we do this.

Just my two penneth anyway.
