He's a good League 1 manager but can he do it in the Championship?
The jury is still out.
He will want to prove he can and if he feels like he can't do that at Rotherham then he will leave.

Double edged sword.
Nice he’s being recognised but does it put him in the shop window.

A happy clappy bit of fluff article
I've been hard on PW. Unfairly hard. But he says himself he's never been approached by another club and I have never heard him mentioned when vacancies have arisen. If he wins L1 this season that might change?
Tbh if mark robins isn't getting poached for jobs. There's no chance of warne. He's prob achieved more in his time as a manager. And at a higher level
Always interests me how there is an element of obsession over other clubs being interested, or not, in PW's services. I get it is nice to be wanted and that would signal how well he is doing for some but I don't need other clubs to want him for me to want him. Why do we need outside interest to know what a fine manager, and man, we have? We don't, if you ask me.
I couldn't care less if he is or isn't wanted by others, all that matters is his value to us. He is our manager after all.
Could he cut it in the Championship? Give him better players and most probably. It isn't overly complex.
And yeah, bit of a nothing article to be fair, not very interesting.
