Coronavirus Act 2020 - Health Protection Scotland

I enclose details of the Coronavirus Act 2020 regarding Health Protection Scotland. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga...2NVigYFrOMIFd0
I received the information whilst posting on the Calmac Ferries Facebook page from another poster.
Originally the topic was about the failure of the Scottish Government to keep the Calmac ferries up to date and the belief from several posters that the SG is trying to depopulate the Scottish islands served by Calmac Ferries.
I enclose further information from my fellow poster.
The SG has already granted itself the power to make compulsory purchase orders of refusers who do not wish to leave.
They can accuse them of being ‘vectors for coronavirus’ and their lands could be taken from them.
I enclose details of the legislation which came into force on 1st December 2021. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ssi/2...VdZ9wjZHUelPzs
In my opinion this legislation could be used for any part of Scotland.

We need to vote Labour at the next local elections or form a unionist pact to get the message across that MSPs are our servants not our masters.

Until there is a stand down agreement this will never happen.

My vote will be going to the Scottish Family Party.

I cannot see Nicola enforcing these powers on Islay for one simple reason.
There are currently 9 whisky distilleries all working full time on Islay with another one currently being built. Diageo are planning to rebuild a new Port Ellen Distillery whilst a German Landowner wants to build a new whisky distillery overlooking Port Charlotte.
There is no way that the Chancellor of the Exchequer would allow Nicola to evict everyone from Islay using spurious coronavirus rules as the income in taxation from the sale of scotch whisky is huge plus it would also hit the balance of trade.
On the plus side it would be yet another nail in the coffin for independence.
