    Legal action

Our lovely leadership team are at it again threatening legal action.

They might have a case but Im seeing this as more American style business behaviour, Sue those guys type mentality. I dont know about others but I find it a bit embarrassing.

Anyway make you own minds up.

That arseoyle Conway threatens to sue anybody/ anything that moves.

Typical bluff and bluster from him. Has he ever actually gone through with suing those he has threatened ? Can't think of one.

Guess who would pay the legal fees.

Embarrassing beyond belief. , I’m ashamed that they are going to try bully and threaten to cover up for their own shortcomings as owners.

Whether we should be making an issue of it is open to opinion but Reading are apparently £200 million pounds in debt but were still allowed to sign players in january , it looks like a desperate attempt by us at this stage of the season but at some stage in the future the EFL should implement a fairer system to prevent teams from trying to cheat their way to promotion , there are clubs clearly playing to the rules & clubs clearly abusing the rules , the EFL need to put their house in order .

All marth and flatbreds , although Reading appear guilty and the EFL are shyte , it's smacks of desperation to try to cover their own failings , It's Embarrassing,

IMO - clubs such as Derby and Reading deserve to be in the Championship LESS than what Barnsley does.
But that’s not getting away from the fact that the Barnsley directors don’t deserve to be in this league.
Have we to endure season after season hoping clubs get points deducted in the hope that we can survive.

    Barnsley need relegating!!!

As a matter of principle I agree that clubs who cheat deserve the appropriate punishment, though there is no EFL guidance as to what appropriate is. The Austrian FA deservedly punished LASK Linz when Ismael broke the Austrian FA Covid rules yet Conway, that man of principle, went on to appoint him.

What gets me is that the rules are only important to Conway when his project might suffer financial loss--
--There was no complaint when we stayed up because of Wigan's late points deduction, which could well have been applied the following season
-- there was no complaint when BFC finished 5th but Wycombe were relegated due to failure to apply a full points deduction to Derby ? I think
-- There was no complaint about Reading's six point deduction until now when it looks like it might cost the club (not Conway) over £6 mill if we are relegated

Conway (arseoyle) is not the man of principle he is now looking to portray himself as--it's pure self interest.

Needless to say the Friends Of Conway & Khaled Ahmad are out in force defending him to the hilt.

When is that next Q&A meeting with the Supporters Trust ? The latest line is we don't need the promised monthly meetings--they only need to be monthly if there is anything to say.

As a matter of principle, what are the EFL saying about Conways statement that results dont matter, its about player development and increasing value. Thereby implying we arent focused on results just increasing the value of our commodities.

Are you playing by the rules if you select or instruct your coach to select a team that isnt chosen to obtain the best possible sporting outcome but one to achieve the owners financial objectives?

Its akin to schooling a horse in a race. Its not allowed.

The EFL should be interested in this approach.
