No reply to email sent to Dundee FC

Last Monday I sent an email to Dundee FC using the ‘Contact’ section on the new club website.
Despite the new club website it still has the same old problems.
Nobody has replied to my email which asked why the Dundee Football Club Limited annual accounts for the years ending 31st May 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 were no longer listed on the club website.
The email was sent to [email protected]
This is very disappointing but not surprising considering the way that Dundee Football Club is currently being run both on and off the park.

They'll see your name and ignore it. Even if your name's not on the contact they'll know it was you because you have been pestering them over petty nonsense like this for many years, it's absolutely your MO and they can't be bothered with you.

Sorry for the reality check but that's just how it is.

Answer this though - is there any requirement under law or procedure that a business must post its annual accounts on its website? No? Then there's your answer. They're not there because they don't have to be there.

I suppose that you are happy that there are three mistakes in the Dundee Football Club Limited annual accounts for the year ending 31st May 2020 the Confirmation Statement dated 13th February 2020 and 13th February 2021 each contain a mistake.
The accounts previously listed on the Club website were the full accounts whereas the Dundee Football Club Limited accounts sent to Companies House and published on their website are ‘Filited Accounts’ which do not show the total annual salary(s) paid to Director(s) of Dundee Football Club Limited.

Were the accounts audited? If so did the auditor pick up the mistakes? Were the mistakes of sufficient import to render them unacceptable? Have you considered that maybe the director(s) don't (doesn't) get a salary direct from the club? How long has the 1893 Foundation been running for example and is this money in the accounts?

In fact just forget it, I'm genuinely just not interested.

Yes the accounts were audited. The full accounts which previously published on the club website listed the total of salaries paid to directors
The latest set of Dundee Football Club Limited annual accounts are for the year ending on 31st May 2020 whilst the 1893 Foundation was not set up until September 2020.
Therefore there is no 1893 Foundation money listed in these accounts.

I have no intention of resigning just because you who is a non member want me to.
You had the golden opportunity to join Dee4life last year before the AGM and stand for election to the board of directors but you did not do so preferring to be a keyboard warrior.

I’ve already told you why I wouldn’t join Dee4life. Do you not realise as per other posters, that you and Forbes involvement is hampering Dee4lifes cause?
